What is JCDA?
Junior Catholic Daughters of the Americas is a national program which allows Catholic girls to strengthen their faith, give back to the community through service, and develop leadership skills through a multitude of projects.
Our Mission
To promote service to others, and to encourage spiritual growth and Catholic character development within our members
Our Motto
“Be Useful" with the mandate to "love God, serve others, and live nobly".
Our Court
JCDA Court Rita #264 at St. Marianne Cope Parish has grown tremendously the past few years. We currently have 18 members, and are always eager for more. Our events include the July 4th Pet Show, CDA’s Tricky Tray, blanket drives, costume drives, spiritual adoption programs, fundraising, Newburgh Ministry volunteering, holy hours, and much more! We have also received national recognition, the National Circle of Love Award, in 2019 for fundraising the building and electrification of a well in Ghana.
